Due to market forces we have revised pricing on our range of tower DVD and CD duplicators. The new prices are in effect from 16th of May 2006. It should also be noted that ALL duplicators now ship as standard WITHOUT an onboard Hard Drive. This is in order to bring the base level cost down. We have also introduced some bulk buying options on favourite products accross the site.

Love travels at illegal speeds
This week the CD-writer.com Ltd team are listening to the latest ALBUM from Graham Coxon – Love travels at illegal speeds. This album is by far one of the finest pieces of work I have heard for some time. Inspired song writing and production drawing in influences from The Who, Costello Old Style Blur, Barrett and Bowie. The work of Coxon and his band is beyond remarkable. Buy It . Download It . Listen to It.
Ipod, walkman phones and the half baked drones
While driving in to work on Friday I noticed a group of schools girls walking down the road – all dressed to inpress – they mean to be seen. What stuck me was that neither girl was talking. This made me think that maybe life could be better for these girls if on the walk to school they chose to listen to their friends rather than listened to their iPods.

After Years Of Talk, High-Def DVD Era Set For Soft Launch
“The battle between two formats seeking to become the high-definition successor to the DVD officially gets under way when Toshiba’s first HD DVD player hits the market April 18, at the same time as the first HD DVD movies arrive in stores.
Sony’s (NYSE:SNE – News) rival Blu-ray Disc is expected to follow two months later. Then it will be up to consumers to pick a winner. The face-off of HD DVD and Blu-ray Disc promises to be the biggest format war since VHS beat Betamax in the videocassette market in the 1980s.
Analysts say consumers’ choice likely will come down to content. Hollywood movie studios are split on the two formats, but more side with Blu-ray.
Still, HD DVD has some big studios in its camp. They include Time Warner’s (NYSE:TWX – News) Warner Home Video, Viacom’s (NYSE:VIA – News) Paramount Pictures Home Entertainment and General Electric’s (NYSE:GE – News) majority owned Universal Pictures.”source: ‘DittoIt’ 2006-03-19
